- Klæðnaður eftir veðri og góðir skór. (íþróttaskór eða gönguskór)
- Ef skófatnaður hentar ekki til göngu þá mun þér ekki verða leift að koma með í gönguna (vegna þíns öryggis).
- slökkt skal á farsímum á meðan hugleiðslan fer fram.
- Munið að íslensk veðrátta er síbreytileg.
The hidden wisdom of the land can be found by listening. Who is it that live with us here? How can we connect to them? How do you listen?
We will walk in the nature and I will tell you about the hidden people in the nature and we will meditateto see if you can sense some mysteries.

- Warm cloth and good shoes
- If you do not have shoes that is good to walk in Icelandic nature, then you are not allowed to be on this walk (for your own safety)
- Telehpone shall be turned off during meditation.
- Good clothes for the weather (sometimes sun and warm, sometimes rain, and sometimes cold and very often windy)
